I stumbled upon this beauty of an article the other day by marc and angel that really spelled out small adjustments you can make to how you perceive situations.

Coming from someone that is a self-confessed 'stress head'; the message was simple and non-preachy which I find can happen rather easily when it comes to personal development. I even shy away from 'self-help'-type spiels because they are hard to relate to.
