Our daily routines are jam packed with so many activities, so many things to cross off on the to-do list. I'm in the 20-with-some-change bracket, where everyday we strive to fit in work, health, fitness, social and extra-curricular activities. We are busy, people!

When our routines meet roadblocks or segue's we get frustrated. Annoyed. Like, we have things to do- we don't have time to waste!

I found a great article the other day by Marc and Angel (I've posted about their great reads before) that made me stop and think about life's 'traffic jams'.

"When faced with long check-out lines, traffic jams, or waiting an hour past your appointment time, you have two choices: You can get frustrated and enraged, or you can think better and view it as life's way of giving you a guilt-free breather from the chaos- a a little extra space to just be. The first choice will raise your blood pressure. The second choice will raise your consciousness".
